AI job search
An AI job search agent that reads the postings for you
Tell Ace what you are looking for in a sentence. It searches real job boards and company career pages, reads what it finds, ranks it against what you have actually done, and shows you the few worth your time — with the reasons.
What you’d ask Ace
“Find me remote frontend roles in Europe, senior level.”
How it works
- 1
Say what you want
Role, level, location, remote or not — in plain words. No filters to fill in, no boolean search strings.
- 2
Ace searches and reads
Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow and more than a hundred company career pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, searched at once. Ace reads each posting rather than matching on the title.
- 3
You get a shortlist
Ranked against your profile, with one line on why each fits and a note on what it dropped and why. Keep one with a tap and it lands on your board.
Why a search agent instead of a job board
A job board gives you everything with the right keyword in it and leaves the reading to you. Most of the work of a job search is that reading: opening a posting, finding out it wants five more years than you have, or is on-site in a city you do not live in, or is a backend role with "frontend" in the title.
Ace does that pass first. It reads the whole posting, checks it against your profile, and only surfaces the ones that survive — so the time you spend is on roles that could actually go somewhere.
It says what it cut
A shortlist you cannot audit is a shortlist you cannot trust. Every search tells you how many postings it scanned, how many it kept, and what it dropped — "dropped sales and backend-only roles" — so a thin result is explained rather than silently thin.
Roles you have already passed on stay hidden in later searches, and the card says so, instead of quietly returning fewer results.
Where Ace looks
Ace searches public job boards and the career pages companies host on applicant tracking systems. Those are the same postings you would find yourself, fetched directly rather than scraped from an aggregator that may be days behind.
- Remote-first boards: Remotive, RemoteOK and Arbeitnow
- Company career pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby — more than a hundred of them
- Any posting you paste in by URL, which Ace reads the same way
Common questions
How is an AI job search agent different from job alerts?
Job alerts send you every posting that matches a keyword. Ace reads each posting, checks it against your resume and preferences, and returns a short ranked list with the reason each one made it — and what it left out.
Which job boards does AceJobs search?
Remotive, RemoteOK and Arbeitnow, plus more than a hundred company career pages hosted on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. You can also add any posting by pasting its URL.
Does Ace apply to jobs for me?
Only if you give it permission, and it is off until you do. You set the limits — a daily cap and a minimum fit score — and choose whether Ace may submit a company’s own application form or only prepare the answers for you to send. It never signs agreements on your behalf, every application is logged, and turning it off cancels anything queued.
Is the job search free?
Yes. Searching with Ace and tracking what you find is part of the free tier, which has no time limit and needs no card.
